Individual Therapy
This is for individual psychotherapy sessions, held weekly. Sessions are currently offered only online via zoom, same time/day each week.
50 minutes: £65
Wellness Session
We will look at your individual needs by looking at your well-being and self-care needs, holistically. In this session we go through an inventory to see what you need more of and what great things you’re already doing and should maintain. After the session you will receive a personalised plan, including reading recommendations, journal prompts, psycho-education and other creative ways to keep up with your mental-maintenance.
This is a one off session to kick-start your journey, not ongoing therapy.
1 hour 30 minutes: £150
MOT Session
These are sessions for previous clients who would like a check in, but not to start back with regular individual sessions. Here we will have a review and see how you’ve been getting on. We will discuss your previous maintenance plans and if there are things that need to be added or changed in anyway. We may even decide that it would be beneficial for you to start back with more regular sessions; weekly or fortnightly.
These sessions can be booked once every three months.
1 hour 30 minutes: £120
Workshops, Talks & Training
These are aimed at organisations that would like to have a therapist led facilitated sessions. These can include discussions around mental health, well-being and more. They can also include training and team building activities. Please get in touch to discuss potential topics that you wish to be covered.
